Our Ritual Sand is made from Pure Black Quartz and sparkles in the light!
A must have for your cleansing rituals! Perfect to use with smouldering Smudge Sticks, Palo Santo, Incense, herbs &/or Charcoal Burning Discs! OR decorate your bowls with black quartz sand to hold your tea light candles, collected shells, or your crystals... the list goes on!
Using a layer of Ritual Sand in the base of your heat proof burning vessel ( abalone shell, cauldron, smudge dish) prevents heat transference and protects your furniture from burns! It's ideal for house or large space clearings when you need to carry your burning smudge tool around with you. The sand will stop the base of your dish from burning your hands, and will also catch and extinguish any falling embers.
It is also an excellent way of putting out a Smudge tool once you have finished with your Ritual, and it won't ruin your smudge sticks! Simply place in the sand and allow it to rest until fully extinguished.
T H E P O T I O N
Black Quartz Ritual Sand is non toxic & water friendly. You don't need to replace the sand after each ritual, it can be reused for up to 10-15 times before you need to freshen it up! When the sand starts to get dirty simply rinse in a fine strainer with water, then air dry for reuse. OR pop it in the garden and start again with a fresh batch!
