Shipping & FAQ
All of your orders are packed with love & care and are shipped from our Gold Coast studio. We are a small team and pack orders as quickly as we can!
Once you have placed your order you should receive a confirmation email to your inbox, please check your junk mail folder. If you don't receive one within 24 hours, please let us know.Shipping is free for orders delivered within Australia when you spend $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship for a flat-rate of $9. If you need your order quickly, we have the option for Express Post at checkout.
We are a small team so please allow 2-4 days for processing and dispatch.
During checkout you may choose if you would like "Signature on Delivery", this requires your courier to obtain a signature in order to deliver your parcel to you. If your parcel goes missing after it has been delivered, you will need to contact Australia Post directly.
If a parcel goes missing while on it's way to you please let us know! We really don't like missing parcels and we will do everything we can to find it!
If your parcel is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, we will contact you to arrange the shipping of your item again, at an additional cost to you.
- incorrect/incomplete address
- Return to sender
- failure to pick up from your local post office
We are happy to give you a store credit (minus shipping and 10% restocking fee) if you do not wish the item/s to be resent.
Please note* Any orders that included free postage will have our standard $8 shipping rate deducted from the credit.
If for any reason your are unhappy with your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help.
We comply with QLD Office of Fair Trading regulations on refunds. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. If you decide to cancel all or part of your order before it is shipped you will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
If you find another item you like more and your order has not shipped we are happy to swap products around. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Due to COVID-19 all exchanges are dealt on a case by case basis. As this pandemic changes daily our priority is to protect ourselves and our customers. All exchange requests please email email@example.com
We understand that sometimes a crystal just doesn't resonate with us, so If you would like to exchange an item you have received, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order to begin the process.
Under the conditions of Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation, customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items.
We will provide a returns slip to be filled out and you will be required to return the products in a safe and secure manner (like how you received them), We highly recommend sending the parcel with tracking for peace of mind.
Upon receiving the item, we will process your exchange excluding any shipping costs, and you will be liable for shipping cost of the replacement to be sent out. Alternatively, once received, we can provide a store credit for the item only (not return shipping costs).
Please note: If the package does not reach us safely then we will not be able to complete the refund. Please hold on to any receipts or proof of postage until you have received confirmation that the returns process is complete.
If an item you have received is found to be faulty, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
You will be required to return the products in a safe and secure manner (like how you received them) using a trackable shipping method provided by us. The return item must be lodged over the counter at your nearest Australia Post Outlet. Upon receiving the item, we will process your return in the form of a refund or store credit.
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving you order.
We will provide a replacement of the same or similar item. If a similar item is not available, we will provide one to equal value or a store credit to use to purchase what ever catches your eye.

For the purpose of providing customers with the products they order and (if subscribed) marketing e-mails about our products and upcoming sales/specials. Your personal information is accessible by you and us alone. Your information will never be shared with third parties for any purpose whatsoever with the exception of our shipping agents who will deliver your order (Australia Post).
Your credit card details are never stored on our website. They are securely transmitted directly to our accredited payment gateway and the payment is securely processed there. We are only ever notified of the status of the transaction (paid or declined)

There is something sacred & mysteriously powerful about a crystal that chooses you! When you purchase from our intuitively chosen crystals, we are carefully selecting the piece that calls to us energetically , not based on the stone appearance alone. It has been selected specially for you.
Most items on our website are intuitively chosen, while we try our absolute hardest to photograph a good mix of colours/tones/markings to show the differences, please remember that crystals are all so so beautifully unique. There are never 2 exactly the same and that’s what makes them special.
