We accept all major credit cards and PayPal!
We offer AfterPay, Laybuy and ZipPay for all Australian customers!
For our international customers, Lay-buy is available for most countries worldwide!
Alternative Laybuy options are also available. If you would like to place a custom or larger bulk please contact us through Facebook, Instagram or email@example.com we are always here and happy to help!
We offer Free Shipping Aus Wide for all orders over $50.
All orders are sent with Australia Post and include tracking numbers.
Please allow 1-3 days for processing and dispatch. During high demand periods (shop updates) please allow up to 5 days for order processing. This excludes Express Post orders. We work really hard to get all of your orders out as soon as possible.
During checkout you may choose if you would like "Signature on Delivery", this requires your courier to obtain a signature in order to deliver your parcel to you. If your parcel goes missing after it has been delivered, you will need to contact Australia Post directly.
If a parcel goes missing while on it's way to you please let us know! We really don't like it when parcels go missing and we will do everything we can to find it!
If your parcel is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, we will contact you to arrange the shipping of your item again, at an additional cost to you.
- incorrect address
- Return to sender
- failure to pick up from your local post office
We are happy to give you a store credit (minus shipping) if you do not wish the item/s to be resent.
Please note* Any orders that included free postage will have our standard $8.95 shipping rate deducted from the credit.Christmas/Holiday orders
Please have all orders placed by midnight 16th December. Any orders placed after this time can not be guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas, unless express post is purchased.
Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. Please read all listings carefully. If you are unhappy with your order please let us know so we can make it right.
We comply with QLD Office of Fair Trading regulations on refunds.
It states we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. However we understand sometimes you might find another item you like more. if your order has not been shipped, we are happy to swap products around. If you decide to cancel your order before it is shipped you will incur a 10% restocking fee.
If your order is damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement of the same or similar product. if you would prefer, we are happy to offer a store credit and you can purchase whatever your heart desires!
We ask you to please return the damaged products in a safe and secure manner using a trackable shipping method at your own cost. Upon receiving the item, we will refund your shipping costs.
